I noticed in the requirements for admission section that there was a 3 year coaching experience period upon graduation from college. Is this set in stone? Or are there possible exceptions?

I live in British Columbia ,run a Gymnastics Club, and have a degree in Elementary Education. I need to know how this works, what it would cost for a Canadian citizen to take this program online. I started another Master’s program previously with another online university, and the online delivery was poor. The cost for an out of country resident was also extremely high.
